Pork steak and Lobster tails

Pork steak at 225 degrees till 185 internal
Lobster tails at 300 till 130 internal

Steaks took about 3-3.5 hours, next time will sear first to see if it cooks faster. Used Pappy’s rub – I loved them.

For the lobster tails – cracked tails, pulled meat up, and brushed on butter mixture. Lobster took 15 mins. Perfect!
